On a serious visit we expect questions about incoming inspection, welding jigs, electrical assembly habits, load-test records, traceability from parts to finished cars, spare-parts shelving, and sample English GA/manuals. Soft signals count too: do engineers answer directly, or only sales talk?

After the tour, score what you saw, ask for written fixes, and run a pilot order before a multi-year framework. Brochures do not survive first shipment stress; processes do.
