Build a sheet that includes equipment (FOB or CIF), export packing, ocean freight and insurance, duties and VAT, shaft embeds and steel, installation labor, scaffolding, temporary power, inspections, training, and a starter spare kit. On many overseas jobs, elevator installation cost and logistics rival the factory invoice.

Force every bidder to mark inclusions and exclusions the same way. Otherwise you are comparing apples to unfinished apples. RITECH prefers scope tables over theatrical discounts.
